Choose a manual garlic press by its loading motion. For a garlic mincer assortment, compare the enclosed chamber with the rocker’s open pressing surface. Both designs prepare peeled garlic for cooking. With the hinged press, the clove goes inside a chamber. With the rocker, it goes on a stable cutting board beneath the pressing surface. Each uses a manual motion, and each lets you prepare additional cloves by repeating the operation.
The prepared garlic can be mixed into sauces, salad dressings or marinades. Gather the amount for the recipe before adding it to the other ingredients.
Close the handles of the aluminum garlic press and a plate pushes garlic through the chamber openings. Open the handles afterward to clear what remains before loading another clove.
The stainless steel rocker has a curved perforated surface. Apply downward pressure and rock it back and forth over garlic on the board. Crushed pieces pass through the openings and can be gathered from the open surface. There is no hinged squeezing step.
The silver finish does not make these the same material. The chamber press is die-cast aluminum alloy with a polished surface; the rocker is polished 304 stainless steel.
Hand wash the aluminum press with mild detergent and a soft brush or sponge, reaching the chamber, plate and holes. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Clean soon after use so residue does not dry in the openings, and avoid extended soaking. The rocker also needs hand washing, with attention to the holes in its open pressing area.
An assortment can carry one action or both. Name the constructions clearly: a hinged aluminum chamber press and a stainless steel rocker. In a product image, show the rocker on a board; that board is part of how it is used.
The cooking examples can stay familiar. Press garlic for dressings, marinades and stir-fries, or use crushed garlic in tomato sauce, soup, pasta, butter or a spread. A dedicated garlic tool keeps that ingredient-preparation step separate from slicing and chopping other ingredients. For a larger recipe, repeat with more cloves instead of assigning a fixed amount to one pressing.
For wholesale branding work, put the selected model, intended quantity, logo artwork and packaging requirements into a single brief. If the range includes both tools, identify each one separately so its material and instructions stay with the right product.
Discuss that brief through our branding and packaging options. Leeyuen works with brands, importers and wholesalers on product selection and customization requirements.
Yes. Both operating methods start with peeled garlic: in the chamber for the aluminum press, or on a stable cutting board for the rocker.
Open the hinged handles and remove the residue before adding another clove. This keeps the pressing area clear as you prepare the amount required.
